Lowe (Claimant) for review of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed a referee's 2 reinstatement of total disability benefits. We affirm. Claimant was last employed as a section foreman by Pennsylvania Mines Corporation (Employer) when he suffered a work-related injury to his back on April 26, 1986.
